Education

Training that survives contact with the job

Structured technology programmes for enterprises, universities and individuals. Modular by design, so a track can run as a half-day session or combine into a full cohort programme.

The problem

What organisations run into

Courses that stop at theory

Participants can describe the concept afterwards but cannot apply it on Monday, because the exercise never resembled their actual work.

Mixed levels in one room

A cohort spans beginners and experienced engineers, and a single pace loses one group or the other.

No trace after the course

Nothing is handed over, so the organisation cannot tell what changed or build on it next cycle.

What we deliver

How this domain works

  • Modular curriculum

Each module stands alone with its own objective, demo and exercise, so programmes can be resized without redesigning them.

  • Three difficulty tiers

Every exercise ships in novice, standard and advanced form, so one room can hold mixed experience.

  • A deliverable per module

Participants leave each session with something built β€” a script, a workflow, a document β€” not a certificate of attendance.

  • Handover pack

Curriculum, exercise files and assessment results transfer to the client at the end of the programme.

Engagement

From first conversation to handover

The same four steps apply across every domain. Order matters here β€” each step depends on the one before it.

  1. Scope

A working session to name the capability gap and the constraints around it β€” budget, calendar, existing tools.

  2. Design

A written programme outline: modules, hours, exercises and the deliverable each participant produces.

  3. Deliver

Onsite, online or hybrid, in cohorts sized so every participant gets time with an instructor.

  4. Hand over

Materials, assessment results and a short report on what the cohort can now do that it could not before.
